Andy Wirth Supports Programs of Navy Seal Foundation through the Special Warfare Warrior Team

When not busy in office striking out great deals and overseeing daily operations at Squaw Valley Corporation, Andy Wirth used to skydiving. On October 2013, two friends accompanied Wirth, and they went out to skydive, which was like a ritual to them. However, the weather that day was a bit harsh. While Wirth was effecting a downwind landing, he accidentally landed in a vineyard. A pole that was holding the vines hit Wirth’s right arm and severely injured it.

According to WSJ, Andy Wirth had a life changing accident and escaped death by a whisker. However, with the support and constant help from his family, friends, surgeons, and therapist, his arm was perfectly reattached. His journey to recovery has been characterized by difficulties, but he has managed to remain strong and focused on returning to his normal state of health.

Andy Wirth established Special Warfare Warrior, a team that supports Navy Seal Foundation financially.
